Brochure Distribution Tips: No 6

Every month we will be publishing tips on how to be more effective at brochure distribution. This month's tip is:

Sometimes brochure requests from travel agents are not fulfilled because there is insufficient stock of a particular pack size or the brochure is out of stock and about to be superceded. These are not ‘rejected’ requests in the true sense so we term them ‘pended.

As the agent has taken the time to signal their requirement these requests should not be ignored. So what action should you take? You need to instruct us to send an alternative pack size or a supply of the new edition when it arrives.

If you have any tips to share please e-mail editor@traveldialogue.co.uk or post them here.
