Does digital beat paper or paper beat digital when it comes to delivering information to travel agents?


e-mails are quicker and cheaper but easier to ignore and delete, paper is slower and costs more but has a physical presence; it can be passed around, displayed and retained for reference. Which of these different qualities win? Neither at the moment; clued-up marketers use both.
