1. We check your data for free. Without spending a penny we will let you know how many of your consumers should be suppressed (through gone away/deceased registers), how many have moved house and how many duplicates are contained within your data.

Our free data health check will also show what percentage of records match the Royal Mail's postal address file (PAF) to ensure a more accurate hit on your good records. A cost to clean the data will be provided with the health check - a cost likely to be less than the production, mailing and returns capturing of the literature you need not send.

2. We clean your data – a bit of a fee for this, but just think of the savings on wasted postage costs and brochures; steering clear of the embarrassment of mailing the deceased; plus avoiding loss of contact with valuable direct customers and potential customers.

This step is quite simple. We provide your data back in your own format with any suppressed or duplicate records removed. For consumers that match the National Change of Address register we provide back the consumer's new address. The original 'useable' addresses provided are formatted to the PAF standard where available to improve the delivery percentage and mailsort discounts.

We will obviously provide back any customer reference numbers and the related changes to make updating your own database as simple as possible.
